How buying works here: an invoice from a person
There is no checkout and no card on file. You email, a person creates an order and sends an invoice, and the plan switches on when the invoice is marked paid.
Five steps, none of them a checkout
Buying a plan from infratoapp is an invoice handled by a person. You tell us which plan from the button on it, we create an order at the published price, a person sends the invoice, and when it is marked paid the plan switches on for your organisation. Your portal then shows what you hold, until when, and your invoices. There is no checkout, no card on file and no self-serve upgrade.
Every plan needs a claimed organisation first. A plan belongs to an organisation, and an organisation is proved by controlling its domain, so the claim comes before any order.
The order is created at the published price, so every vendor buying the same plan in the same month is charged the same.
The steps, one at a time
First, email us from the button on the plan you want. The pricing page lists every plan with its price; prices are not typed anywhere else, including here.
Second, we create the order at the price printed on that page, for the layer, product or organisation the plan covers. Pro Profile is per product, a Featured card is per layer, and the Intelligence plan covers the whole organisation, so the order names which one.
Third, you get an invoice, sent by a person. Fourth, we mark it paid and the plan switches on. Nothing switches on before that, so there is no trial period that turns into a charge and no plan running on an unpaid invoice.
Fifth, you see it in the portal under Plans and billing: what you hold, until when, and every invoice. Only organisation admins can see that screen.
What a manual process means for you
The pricing page does not give a reason for selling this way, so we will not invent one. What follows from it is concrete. Your finance team receives an invoice it can route through its normal approval, rather than a card charge someone has to expense. Nothing renews behind a saved card.
It is also slower than a checkout. A plan needed by a date wants an email well before it, with the date in the email.
It also means the start date is the day the invoice is marked paid, not the day you asked. If a launch depends on a Pro Profile or a Featured card, allow for your own payment run and, for both of those, the review that follows before anything is public.
A person handling each order is also a point where a mismatch can be caught before an invoice exists, such as a Featured card asked for on a layer the product is not listed in.
Who in your organisation sees invoices
Organisation admins see plans and invoices. Editors and analysts do not. Where the person who claimed the listing is not the person who pays bills, either make the right person an admin or expect invoices to go through whoever is. Claiming makes the claimer admin, so this is worth settling at the claim stage.
The order is placed for the organisation, not for the person who emailed. When that person leaves, the plan stays with the organisation and remains visible to whoever is admin.
Where several people in the organisation might ask for the same plan, agree first who will email. Two requests for the same product leave a question someone has to answer before any order is made.
The Plans and billing screen shows what you hold and until when, so the date a plan runs out is visible to every admin in one place, without anyone searching a mailbox for the invoice.
When a plan ends
If you stop paying, the plan ends and what it switched on stops. A Featured card stops showing, a Pro Profile stops showing, and the named leads list goes back to a count. A Featured card is cancellable at the end of any month.
The listing, the claim, the thirty-day totals and the ability to edit and dispute stay, because none of them was ever part of a plan. Neither was your position in any list, which is why it does not move when a plan starts or ends. The vendor guide states the same thing from the start of the process.
Renewing works the same way as buying: an email, an order and an invoice. For a Pro Profile, the text you wrote is kept while the plan is off, so it can return when the new invoice is marked paid.
What to have ready before you email
Know which organisation the plan is for. Every plan belongs to a claimed organisation, and once it starts only that organisation’s admins can see it, so it helps if the person who emails is one of them.
Know what the plan covers. For a Pro Profile, name the product. For a Featured card, name the layer and check that the product is listed in it, because a card cannot be bought for a layer the product is not in. For the Intelligence plan there is nothing to name beyond the organisation.
Say which term you want, monthly or annual, where both are offered; Pro Profile is sold both ways and the annual price works out lower per month. A purchase order number or supplier details your finance team needs on the invoice should be ready too, since the price itself is fixed by the page and there is nothing else to settle.
Unsure which plan fits? The vendor guide describes the three paid products as separate jobs, each bought on its own.
What we could not answer
- ⚑Payment terms, currencies and the time between an order and an invoice are not published, so this post cannot state them.
- ⚑The pricing page gives no reason for invoicing rather than a checkout, and this post does not supply one.

Questions people ask about this
Can I pay for an infratoapp plan by card?
No. Every plan is bought through an invoice handled by a person. There is no checkout, no card stored on file and no self-serve upgrade. The plan switches on for the organisation when the invoice is marked paid, and not before.
Who can see plans and invoices for my organisation?
Organisation admins only. Editors and analysts on the same organisation do not see plans or invoices. The Plans and billing screen in the vendor portal shows what the organisation holds, until when, and every invoice issued.
What do I keep if I stop paying for a plan?
The listing, the claim, the free thirty-day totals and the ability to edit fields and file disputes all stay. Only what the plan switched on stops, such as a Pro Profile block, a Featured card or the named leads list.

Pro Profile is a reviewed block in your own words at the top of one product page, labelled as yours. It changes no fact and no rank, and it is sold per product.
You prove you control your company domain with a work email, you get a workspace as its admin, and you can then edit some fields and request changes to others.
A crawler reads your own pricing page on a schedule, keeps the sentence each rate came from with its URL and date, and hides any price older than 21 days.
