INTENT SIGNALS

Know who is looking, where they came from, and who they compared you with.

Every product page we run counts what happens on it. Intent signals turns those counts into a report for your organisation and, for the people who chose to share, tells you who they are. It is delivered by the Intelligence plan; the headline totals are free.

Who it is for

  • Vendors who want to know whether the page is doing anything before spending on it
  • Sales teams who would follow up a reader who asked to be contacted
  • Product teams who want to know which competitors buyers weigh against them

The problem, and what changes

You cannot improve what you cannot see

A listing page can be read a thousand times and you would never know. You cannot tell whether buyers compare you with the competitor you worry about, or whether anyone clicks through. Most vendors learn about a buyer only when the buyer fills in a form on their own site.

Counts for everyone, detail and names with the plan

Every claimed organisation sees thirty-day totals. The Intelligence plan adds how those moved day by day, which of our pages your clicks came from, which products buyers compared yours with, and the named list of readers who pressed “Interested in” on your product. Nobody is named unless they chose to be.

What it includes

Free for every claimed organisation

  • Thirty-day totals of listing views, comparisons, outbound clicks and opt-ins, with the change against the thirty days before
  • How many readers have saved your product
  • The results of any sponsored placement you bought

Added by the Intelligence plan

  • How views, comparisons and outbound clicks moved, day by day and week by week
  • Which of our pages your outbound clicks came from
  • Which products buyers compared yours with
  • The named leads list: readers who chose to share their email with you for a product, downloadable as a CSV

Not part of what you buy today

These are planned and are not included in the plan as it is sold now.

  • COMINGAnonymous market intelligence: layer growth, rising comparison pairs, price movement
  • COMINGA read-only API and an MCP server (no write scopes exist for any plan)

The privacy rules, in full

  • Counts, not people: we do not record individual reader journeys, so there is no trail to show you
  • A count under 5 is withheld rather than shown, so a small number can never point at one person
  • A name and email reach you only when a reader chose to share them with you for a specific product, under wording that says exactly that
  • A reader can stop sharing at any time and drops off your list at once. We cannot take back a copy you have already downloaded
  • The figures are page views, not people, and are indicative: not a basis for billing and not audited

How it works

  1. 1Claim your organisationFree. You prove you control your domain, and you get a workspace. A plan belongs to an organisation, so this comes first.
  2. 2See the free totalsIn your vendor portal under Buyer intent: nothing to buy to start.
  3. 3Choose the Intelligence planEmail us from the button on this page. It covers your whole organisation.
  4. 4We invoice you and mark it paidThe trends, sources, comparisons and the leads list switch on.
  5. 5Read it, and follow upTrends and sources in the portal; the leads list can be downloaded. Anyone on it asked to be contacted.

Buying is the same for every plan: tell us which plan, then we create the order, then you get an invoice, then we mark it paid, then you see it in your portal.

What it never does

  • Show you an individual reader’s browsing, or who they are, unless they chose to share it with you
  • Show a count that could point at one person: anything under the floor is withheld
  • Move your product up any list, in any layer, category or table

Questions vendors ask

Are the numbers exact?
They are page views, not people, and they are indicative. Counts under the floor are withheld, and a total ending in a plus sign leaves out the days that were under it.
Where do the names come from?
From readers who pressed “Interested in” on your product page, under a line that says it shares their email with you and links to the full wording: you see their email address, product and date. They can stop at any time.
Is the free part going away?
Today the thirty-day totals are part of every claimed listing. If that ever changes you will be told before it does.
Who sees this inside my organisation?
Members of your organisation. The leads list shows people’s email addresses, so an admin viewing as you cannot open it.
